Chocolate Chip Pie
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 stick butter, melted, cooled
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I like to combine milk & white)
1 cup nuts (I use pecans)
1 nine-inch unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 325.  Beat the eggs, mix in flour and sugars.  Blend well, add butter, blend, add chips and nuts.  Pour into pie shell.  Bake for 1 hour.
This pie is so simple to make and always a hit.  My husband likes it cold, I prefer it hot with a little bit of vanilla ice cream on top.
