Breakfast...

Chocolate Chip Muffins
2 cups flour                                          1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar                                      2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter (melted, cooled) 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400.  Mix dry ingredients, mix liquid in another bowl.  Slowly pour dry ingredients into liquid and mix a little at a time.  Mix nuts and chocolate chips last.  Place in muffin tins and cook 15-20 minutes.  Makes 12-16 muffins

You can also substitute the chocolate chips for strawberries,    blueberries, raisins, etc...
